Welcome!

Of course we keep a close eye on the news about the coronavirus on a daily basis and adjust our policy accordingly. In addition, we follow the guidelines of RIVM, RECRON, KHN and the government. To inform you as a guest about our measures regarding the coronavirus you will find the information below

We have listed the most important rules for you:

• Stay at home with (cold) complaints
• Keep 1.5 meters away from anywhere.
• Wash hands regularly and sneeze / cough in the elbow
• No gathering allowed.
• Because it concerns the health of you as guests and our employees, we will strictly enforce the rules.

Important tot know:

• Due to the emergency ordinance issued by the northern provinces, the harbor sanitary has been opened again so you can go to the toilet and shower again.
• Hotel reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days in advance, unless you have booked a non-refundable rate (change or cancellation is not possible free of charge) or are part of a group reservation of more than 5 rooms (then the UVH conditions apply). If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact us.
• For your bungalow holiday, please contact our hotel reception about the conditions for a possible cancellation or relocation. The RECRON conditions apply for the bungalow holiday.
• The reception is open from Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 10pm, Saturday to Monday from 7.30am to 10pm.
• Check-in is until 10 pm.
• All general door handles, banisters and lift knobs are regularly disinfected.
• Only 1 person is allowed in the elevator at a time.
• We ask you to pay with pin (card / telephone) as much as possible.
• The pin machine and the room keys are cleaned after each use.
• We are happy to provide breakfast and dinner for you and this will be in our restaurant.
• You can rent bicycles and e-bikes from us that are cleaned after each use.

As for the facilities, only for hotelguests until 1 July 2020:

• Bar & restaurant are open for breakfast and diner;
• Bowling is possilbe, for guests sharring a room;
• Fitness- and squashfacilities, sauna and Turkish bath are closed;
