Cancellation policy
For the standard rooms and comfort rooms that you book with us, you will be given the option to cancel and / or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For the family rooms and bungalows the cancellation conditions apply as stated on the price lists.

Check in check out
You can enter your room from 15.00 on your day of arrival. Check in after 20.00? Please contact our reception. You can check out until 11.00. Do you want a late check out? This is possible based on availability

Pets
Dogs are allowed in our hotel at €14,50 per night, you can indicate when your reservation that your pet will come with you. Pets are not welcome in our restaurant. For dinner and breakfast you can use our café or with good weather on our terrace.

Children
Are you coming with children under the age of 3? Then they stay with us at the hotel for free. We offer the option of renting a cot for €12.50. An extra bed for children between the age of 3 and 12 years old costs €31.50.

Are you traveling with a larger group?
It is possible with more than 2 people in 1 rooms tot stay overnight, this can be in our comfort rooms or our family rooms these are suitable for up to 4 people. Check our website for rates.

Would you like to celebrate holidays with more than 10 people or would you like to reserve more than 5 rooms? Please contact our sales department at sales@iselmar.nl.

Bicycles
Do you bring your own bike to the hotel? We have a limited number of places available in our closed bicycle parking.
Do you prefer to rent a bicycle from us? This is also possible!

If you want to reserve children’s bicycles, child seats, dog car, etc., you must reserve them at least 1 day before use.
