Terms and Conditions

 

• If you book hotel rooms and/or comfort rooms directly through us, cancellation is only possible in writing up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival, we will charge at least the first 2 nights. In addition to these conditions, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to your reservation.

• If you have booked more than 5 rooms, the booking is considered a group booking and the UVH conditions apply.

• The UVH conditions also apply to meetings and parties.

• Family rooms and bungalows can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. After that, you will owe us cancellation costs, the amount of which depends on the cancellation time: up to 3 months before arrival 0% of the reservation value, between 3 and 2 months before arrival 50% of the reservation value between 2 and 1 month until the day of arrival 75% of the reservation value, within 1 month until the day of arrival 90% of the reservation value, on the day of arrival 100% of the reservation value. The Recron conditions for land recreation apply to the family rooms and bungalows.
